Welcome to Laura Salter Therapy Solutions

I help people with anxiety, low mood, fears & phobias and other trauma-related problems to feel better and move forward with their lives.

I also work with people to enhance their personal performance such as sport, exams, work etc.

The approaches I use are fast, effective and empowering. They are evidence-based, using the latest understanding about neuroscience to bring about changes in the way people think, speak and act.

My background is in mental health and I have spent many years supporting people of all ages with a range of issues. Many of them didn’t believe they could overcome their particular challenge and yet they succeeded in doing so. You can read some of their comments on the Testimonials page.

I am currently practising online only, as my clients’ safety is paramount. This approach delivers the same benefits as face-to-face therapy and for some clients, such as those with anxiety, there are real advantages in being able to work in this way. Post-Covid I will update the website regarding face to face clinic sessions.
